Teacher training is at the heart of Pop Physique. We develop passionate and knowledgeable instructors not only to lead our clients through class, but to inspire and provide them with an exceptionally warm and inviting studio experience.
In addition to learning about the principles and history of barre and isometrics, trainees acquire the more nuanced skills of teaching such as musicality, client interaction and seamless exercise choreography. The rigorous and transformative process is anchored by our top Master Teacher Trainers and a beautiful, intelligently-designed Training Manual.
